Does anybody know what's going on here - or with our build in general?

What I see from the above is that the jcr block classes themselves are 
missing. Hmm, but there is no difference to the asciiart block (or 
others) and obviously this one seems to be built correctly.

I tried to reproduce it on my machine with more or less the same build 
call: build -Dblock-name=jcr gump-block. And get a different error:

I think the output dir in test dir is missing - and this one is at least 
reproducable with the asciiart block.
