           Summary: Multiple "resource-ref" entries not currently catered
                    for
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: 2.1.7
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: andyc@comsine.co.uk

When defining the details for two different database connections, it's necessary
to make seperate resource-ref entries in the web.xml file:

   <resource-ref>
       <res-ref-name>jdbc/Midas</res-ref-name>
       <res-type>javax.sql.DataSource</res-type>
       <res-auth>Container</res-auth>
   </resource-ref>
   <resource-ref>
       <res-ref-name>jdbc/Sirius</res-ref-name>
       <res-type>javax.sql.DataSource</res-type>
       <res-auth>Container</res-auth>
   </resource-ref>

However, this doesn't seem to adhere to the expected schema, as the following
exception is thrown when jboss loads the cocoon webapp:

13:43:03,739 INFO [STDOUT] ValidationException: element "resource-ref" occurs
more than once. (parent class:
org.apache.cocoon.portal.pluto.om.WebApplicationDefinitionImpl)
 location: /web-app/resource-ref

This seems to be fixed in the Pluto libraries
(http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PLUTO-48), but not yet catered for in Cocoon.
