------- Additional Comments From ronald@innovation.ch  2005-05-22 06:02 -------
Actually, this bug also occurs in various other settings. Example
config:

  <map:pipeline>
    <map:match pattern="bug">
      <map:aggregate element="doc">
        <map:part src="cocoon:/get_session"/>
      </map:aggregate>
      <map:transform type="session"/>
      <map:serialize type="xml"/>
    </map:match>

    <map:match pattern="get_session">
      <map:generate type="file" src="session.xml"/>
      <map:serialize type="xml"/>
    </map:match>
  </map:pipeline>

And here's another that doesn't even involve aggregation:

  <map:pipeline>
    <map:match pattern="bug">
      <map:generate type="file" src="cocoon:/get_session"/>
      <map:transform type="session"/>
      <map:serialize type="xml"/>
    </map:match>

    <map:match pattern="get_session">
      <map:generate type="file" src="session.xml"/>
      <map:serialize type="xml"/>
    </map:match>
  </map:pipeline>

These both generate the error as reported above.
