the reason is that AFAICS there's no option to create index2 (maybe a leftover
from a previous version?). the same kind of error occurs if you try to search
index1 before creating it.

attaching a patch for this one. fixes:
* o.a.c.forms.flow.javascript.v2.ScriptableWidget (also applies to v3, but
haven't modified that one)
  - jsSet_value: the same problem as in the other multi-value fix;
MultiValueField now implementing DataWidget, etc.

o.a.c.forms.formmodel.MultiValueFieldDefinitionBuilder/AbstractDatatypeWidgetDefinitionBuilder
  - datatype created for a MultiValueField would be created with isArrayType ==
false, thus the message '...cannot be used for strings'
