It is. To reproduce it you must delete .project and .classpath by hand
in booth blocks. The error message is:

...
compile-eclipse-task:
    [mkdir] Created dir:
/big/my/pkg/java/packages/cocoon/blocks/supported/authentication-fw/trunk/build/temp/tasks
[javac] Compiling 6 source files to
/big/my/pkg/java/packages/cocoon/blocks/supported/authentication-fw/trunk/build/temp/tasks

eclipse-project:
  [eclipse] dynamic reference: false
  [eclipse] eclipseProjectfile: ../../session-fw/trunk/.project

BUILD FAILED
/big/my/pkg/java/packages/cocoon/blocks/supported/authentication-fw/trunk/build/temp/build-by-xslt.xml:97:

Make sure that a valid Eclipse project file can be found at
/big/my/pkg/java/packages/cocoon/blocks/supported/session-fw/trunk/.project
