Dear Sylvain,
I rebuilt cocoon 2.1.6 and examples now work! Moreover, hidden continuation-id
works too in registration. Strange, since I checked before 5 builds...

Your suggestion to use url matching:

 <map:match pattern="continue.html">
  <map:call continuation="{request-param:continuation-id}"/>
 </map:match>

instead of:

 <map:match type="request-parameter" pattern="continuation-id">
  <map:call continuation="{request-param:continuation-id}"/>
 </map:match>

was helpful. Both matchers seem to match equally, but only the first makes the
continuation recognized by the flow engine. The second starts flowscript from
the very first line which creates the loop. Strange...

Anyway, I can manage now. Please change the bug status accordingly to your
thoughts - something is probably not quite right, but it's not a blocker anymore.

thanks a lot for your time,
roman
