That's right - but it's just a typo here - sitemap had "continue.html" as
expected. Logs show that pattern is matched in correct point:

[sitemap] (/website/continue.html) PoolThread-1/PreparableMatchNode: Matcher
'wildcard' matched prepared pattern 'continue.html' at
file:/home/pielasze/webapp/website/sitemap.xmap:51:42

while corresponding part of sitemap is:

line 51: <map:match pattern="continue.html">
line 52: <map:call continuation="{request-param:continuation-id}"/>
line 53: </map:match>

Where can I get the code of registration you have modified? The trick is that
registration sample in my both builds of cocoon 2.1.6 hang at same point even
with continuations in url (petstore works, however). I tried also 2.1.5 and
2.1/2.2 (night builds). Maybe there is a problem in build.properties?
I uncommented:

diff build.properties local.build.properties
44,47c44,47
< #include.driver.postgre=true
< #include.driver.odbc=true
< #config.allow-reloads=true
< #config.enable-uploads=true
---
> include.driver.postgre=true
> include.driver.odbc=true
> config.allow-reloads=true
> config.enable-uploads=true

JVM: j2sdk1.4.0_01

Perhaps allow-reloads makes a differece? Another non-strandard setting is that I
made a symbolic link to /home/myhome/webapp in cocoon-2.1.6/build directory
(instead of webapp directory itself).

I will test builds of bare distributions to check if that makes any difference.
Thanks a lot and please tell where to take modified examples?
