I use the EHTML in production, and it's good enough for us, well, at
least better than Xalan's...

I don't think it's their "business" to do serializers... I actually
don't quite understand (yet) why there's that XSL-OUTPUT thing in XSLT
which to me sounds like a HUGE hack...
But anyhow...
