Sorry but this sample contains some license-incompatible code which only allows
unrestricted use in a non-commercial environment.

Helma, we talked about this off-list already ...?

http://webfx.eae.net/commercial.html looks innocent enough but at the same time
looks like one of these "gee I need to have some very special license for my
very special software so let me just try and write a license myself". We could
go through the burden of doing a formal review by the ASF legal team, but given
the relative low impact of not including the sortable table aspect in this demo
(I guess), I wonder whether we're not better off simply dropping this thing.

I'd love to see the sample added but I think we should strip out that piece of
code and/or reimplement it if we really want it.
