I can implement 3 levels of continuation security in single continuations 
manager:
- none
- session invalidated root continuation (still kont can be shared between 
sessions)
- fully isolated

This way user can be as "paranoid" as he/she wishes :) WDYT? 
For most of my web applications I will go for full isolation.

Does attaching continuations to sitemap do anything good?
