Did you applied the patch from

This is due to the latest changes. Continuation() is always present now in Rhino
as long the interpreted mode is selected. In addition for compatibility with
Cocoon fork I added the code to set optimization to -1 when the the argument of
Context.setOptimizationLevel(level) is -2. 

I think it should be possible to change Cocoon bindings in a such way so they
can be used with both implementations of Continuations.
