cinclude namespace only prefixes root node -- does not prefix children

Summary: cinclude namespace only prefixes root node -- does not
                    prefix children
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: 2.1.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: wchao@yahoo.com

The cinclude:include function only prefixes the root node with a namespace
prefix. The children are not affected. This is not consistent behavior with how
map:aggregate and map:part function. In particular, try the exercise on page 202
of the Cocoon Developer's Handbook by Lajos Moczar and Jeremy Aston. They claim
that the ns and prefix attributes of cinclude:include specify the namespace to
use for the included content and the prefix to use for each tag from the
included content, respectively.
