It sounds logical to me to return the validity of the CachedResponse once it is
determined to be valid. Instead of the validity of the newly setup pipeline
which is not going to be used anyway. I do think that the check should also
include whether the CachedResponse represents the complete response or is only a
partial response (such as is the case with CachingPointProcessingPipline).
Carsten, could you provide a second opinion?
