Hey Unico,

Your include transformer looks nice and clean (especially comparing with current
CIncludeTransformer which is a mess) and reminds me a lot of
CachingCIncludeTransformer [1] which is currently deprecated.

As far as I can see, it was deprecated year ago [2] with sentence:
  @deprecated This transformer violates the avalon/cocoon design principles

I can't seem to easily find discussion assotiated with this deprecation. Anybody
has a pointer?
