I agree that making forms dependant on JavaMail is not ideal, but here are some
examples:

Invalid strings that pass current email check:
x@....
neville.@hotmail.com

Valid email that are currently rejected:
"Arc, Joan"@ird.govt.nz

RFC2822 is fairly comrehensive which is why I used the existing javamail class
for validation.  I have to deal with all sort of international variations so a
true RFC compliant check would be nice.

Currently I'm having to use a custom validator similar to the code submitted in
the patch.
