This is another thing I was talking with Ugo about, in fact, I brought 
it up because something like a lexer/parser combo on a basic sitemap 
grammar would be the "simplest" way to do it, IMO.

Which raises the question:  What happens if we can do continuations 
directly inside the pipeline?
