ImageReader needs "uniform scale-to-fit" option

Summary: ImageReader needs "uniform scale-to-fit" option
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: sitemap components
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ml@wrinkledog.com

PROBLEM: I need to uniformly (i.e., preserving aspect ratio) scale an image for the best fit
within a given
box.

I've prepared a patch to support this. It adds a <fit-uniform> parameter to ImageReader.
 This option
honors the value of <allow-enlarge>, so if <allow-enlarge> is "false", <fit-uniform>
will reduce the
image if necessary to fit it, but never enlarge. The patch also updates the userdocs and
includes
corrections there (and in the javadoc annotations).
