Are you sure? I used Woody in 2.1.4 and use Cocoon Forms with recent CVS version
and never had any problem with it. The anchor should *not* cause a refresh as it
is only an anchor, the side would jump to the beginning. But even this does not
happen as onclick (causing the popup to display) returns false at the end. Used
IE 6 and Mozilla 1.6 and 1.7 during that time.
Don't know if it is better to change the @href to your suggested
"javascript:return false;" though.
