Hi, Morten

Thanks for your test case. I don't know what you mean by "terminal", I am using 
org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process commandline program with -XSLTC setting, it works 
as expected. I got:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><foo><bar>Brogans</bar><bar>Brogans</bar><
bar>Hogans</bar></foo>

How did you reproduce the bug? inside cocoon? Thanks,
