Hugo Marcelino also reported the error with the JavaScripts when having two
CForms running in coplets: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=108629106200002&r=1&w=4.

And additionally this private mail:

But after a few more tests i notest that the error was being caused, because the 
javascript files were being loaded twice. (i had two coplets width cocoon 
forms). i forgot to reference this.

So , i placed the javascript files in portal-page.xsl and commented the 
resources that were refered in the xsl of the cocon forms.

And it worked fine. And doing this way, i load only once the javascript files.
