While you are talking, we listen ;-)

To me this is a serious blocker. It would not help to build a serious
reputation for the overall Cocoon community. Cocoon is a serious project
with great people and I think we cannot release code that we know is bad
or that could have a big performance issue.

And if the answer is: noone, then why release?

I propose to stop the release for a week or so and try to solve the issue
first.
