In some cases though, the servlet or jsp would have to be able to set the
content-type. For instance when the sitemap cannot predict what type of content
the JSPEngine is outputting. Let's provide a configuration option in the
JSPEngine  that allows control over whether to allow it to set the content-type
(and also http status-code btw.) defaulting to false. WDYT?
