enable-uploads remark added

           Summary: enable-uploads remark added
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: Other
               URL: http://localhost:8888/samples/stream/uploadfile
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Samples
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jh@domek.be

Added a remark that users have to enable uploads in order for this example to
work. This could also be done with an exception handler pipeline ofcourse but
this seems simpler.
