          Platform: Other
               URL: http://localhost:8888/samples/hello-world/
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: sitemap components
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: crossley@apache.org

When using the HTMLSerializer, the document type declaration is emitted with no
space between the publicIdentifier and the systemIdentifier, thus producing
invalid documents.

The XHTML serialization is okay.
