[PATCH] Allow applications access to the start and end of a request

Summary: [PATCH] Allow applications access to the start and end
                    of a request
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Ralph_Goers@dslextreme.com

This patch modifies Cocoon.java to have it call a RequestListener before and
after a request if one is defined in Cocoon.xconf. A sample RequestListener is
provided . The patch to Cocoon.java isn't the prettiest as I didn't want to put
something in the finally block that might cause an exception to get lost.
