What does it mean to this--->   <*cocoon* *user*-*roles*="WEB-INF/myroles.xconf">
Is <cocoon user-roles="WEB-INF/myroles.xconf"/> or <*cocoon* *user*-*roles*="WEB-INF/myroles.xconf">?
