Just renaming might solve it, but I would not be happy with this solution.
And I doubt that this prevents Cocoon from sending possibly
non-RFC-conforming HTTP headers under all circumstances. Not to mention that
I cannot oversee impacts this has on other components that iterate over
Parameter objects.
