 From the java docs I deduce it would go something like this:

 <map:act type="inputmodule"&gt;
   <map:parameter name="module" value="continuations"/>
   <map:parameter name="attribute" value="{2}"/>
   <map:call continuation="{1}"/>
 </map:act>
