[Portal] portal-html-eventlink deletes enctype attribute

Summary: [Portal] portal-html-eventlink deletes enctype attribute
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: blocks
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jck@babelobjects.com

I have a portal with a few coplets.
One of these has a woody form in which I defined an upload widget, so I need the
enctype attribute.

The problem is that portal-html-eventlink transformer deletes the enctype
attribute, so I can't use it with my woody forms with upload widgets. So the
continuation is directly called and my woody form is not included anymore in the
portal application.

I modified HtmlEventLinkTransformer to add enctype attribute if present but then
the portal doesn't see any parameters.
