JSP content type overrides serializer

Summary: JSP content type overrides serializer
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: 2.1.4
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: blocks
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Garrick@musicrebellion.com

When the JSPGenerator is used to provide XML to cocoon pipelines, any call to
setContentType() from the JSP page (including the default of text/html),
overrides the content type specified by the pipeline's serializer. Thus if
the JSP page sets the content type, which by default is text/html, and the
cocoon pipeline serializes to XML, the resulting content type is text/html.
