Subject Re: [VOTE-SUMMARY] - IOException closing stream in Cocoon Servlet
Date Sat, 07 Feb 2004 08:29:21 GMT
Hi:

The results of the votation:
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=107489042400004&r=1&w=2

is:

A- [ +2] Cocoon will don't throw any exception when this happen.
B- [ -4] Log the event at INFO level.
C- [ +6] Log the event at DEBUG level.

Also Nicola comment:
<snip>
*IMPORTANT*
------------
IIRC this is at least the *fourth* time this is discussed and changed
since I've been on this list. Thus I *highly* recommend that the
decision and motives of this vote are included in the comments of the
file and that a unit test is written, also with the same comments, that
checks that this decision is enforced.
</snip>

Lets implement (C).

Best Regards,

Antonio Gallardo
