xsl:sort not sorting correctly

Looks like it include in the sorting the "1:", "2:" "3:".
Interesting enough is that later there are removed from the result. As if they
are namespaces!

Not sure what the specs said about this topic. I will consult about this issue.
Can you also try to sort this snip and port the results?:

<Document id="pm_Individual_3">
  <Para>three</Para>
  <Para>two</Para>
  <Para>one</Para>
</Document>
