My tests with this new feature were targeted at external documents, and did not
involve internal references (i.e. <use xlink:href="#foo"/>) which it broke
(shame on me).

Batik's way of handling such references is really strange, and the only way I
see to handle these is to register individually on ParsedURL each of the
protocols which we want to be handled by Cocoon.

Doing this manually would be a configuration PITA and registering them
automatically isn't possible without the SourceResolver giving us the list of
protocols it knows about.

Needs more work...
