It is trying to bind to a port that is already bound. If you look, 
you'll see reference to HSQLDB. So, you've got two copies of Cocoon 
running, the second can't bind HSQLDB to the port it wants to, as the 
other has already claimed that port.

Only matters if you actually use HSQLDB.
