SessionModule creates sessions by default and should not do so.

Summary: SessionModule creates sessions by default and should not
                    do so.

           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jh@domek.be

I logged this for historic reasons.

Original bug report by Michael Gerzabek. The conclusion is to fix the code, not
the documentation and *NOT* to return a new session by default.

I noticed the behaviour is already fixed in CVS.
