Maybe the following tests/questions would help in narrowing this down:

-Dump the HTTP headers and see if they are correct (Content-Length for example).

-Try with Cocoon 2.1.3 or the current CVS and, if it works, compare the HTTP
headers with the previous ones.

If you can also provide the smallest sitemap/data file example which reproduces
the problem, it would help.

Please reassign the bug to dev@cocoon.apache.org if you provide more info.
