Bruno,

Could we be missing the commits on both
- RepeaterDefinitionBuilder and
- AggregateDefinitionBuilder?

I did a recent checkout and checked over at
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/cocoon-2.1/src/blocks/woody/java/org/apache/cocoon/woody/formmodel/
