[OJB block] - JDO + Woody sample, form definition file has invalid markup

           Summary: [OJB block] - JDO + Woody sample, form definition file
                    has invalid markup
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: All
               URL: http://localhost:8888/samples/ojb/jdo/woody/employee
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: general components
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: arthur@hippo.nl

The form definition file \cocoon-2.1
\build\webapp\samples\ojb\woody\employee.xml hasn't been updated according to
the new markup described in http://wiki.cocoondev.org/Wiki.jsp?
page=WoodySyntaxUpdateForWidgetsElement.

To resolve this issue add a <wd:widgets> to the document element to nest all
<wd:field> elements.
