I agree that differentiation should be better than [CODES] in titles.

The "severity" field is not fantastic though. In some of my projects we 
use the "component" field in a twisted way for differentiation, which 
is kind of hacky but at least it's a database field, and we can easily 
define our own values.

Any ideas out there?
