The patched file is not used for creating Cocoon's docs available online.
Forrest is used here, so you have to put the bug to Forrest. The stylesheet is
only used for local documentation, i.e. http://localhost:8888/docs/**. Of course
it can be fixed here too, but I would like to see it fixed in Forrest first and
later copy the Forrest stylesheets to Cocoon CVS - if it's still needed then.
