Yes i get the same error today. I gather that Cocoon needs to
update its sitemap to be able to use Forrest-0.5
http://xml.apache.org/forrest/faq.html#building_error:custom_sitemap

A workaround may be to use the latest stable tagged Forrest.
'cvs log -h build.xml' shows "stable-20030721".
