The Cocoon Servlet does not shutdown properly under Tomcat

Oh well, even more hacking fun.

There's a new excalibur-event jar in CVS, which I think will fix it. The threads
in the threadpool, which are non-daemon threads, weren't interrupted, which is
probably what prevents Tomcat from shutting down. I haven't actually tried it in
tomcat, so could you do that and if it's ok, close this bug? Thanks.
