Will it be a problem with "real blocks" if all the jars are in the 
WEB-INF? AFAIU, "real blocks" will have a per-block classloader, so libs 
will go into the BLOCK-INF/lib, and won't be seen outside of the block. 
How we will solve this issue with real blocks then?
