It's plain simple: the included files are not editable with an xml editor
or with an ant editor. And that's very bad. Currently you have no support
in editing the different files.

And if you concatenate the different files in the same order as they
are now, I don't think that one file is a greater mess than several
different files that have dependencies which are not directly visible.
