[PATCH] 'host' pattern for CocoonLogFormatters

Summary: [PATCH] 'host' pattern for CocoonLogFormatters
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: unico@hippo.nl

This patch adds support to CocoonLogFormatter and XMLCocoonLogFormatter classes
for outputting host header information. In situations where you match on host
header in your sitemap the uri pattern does not uniquely identify the cocoon
request. In these cases it may desirable to identify what site the request was
made to by applying the 'host' pattern to the format of the logs.
