[PATCH] RequestGenerator

           Summary: [PATCH] RequestGenerator
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: sitemap components
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: gcasper@s-und-n.de

The WebDAV sample I submitted contains the htmlArea WYSIWYG control, see:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/itools-htmlarea/

In order to use this I had to patch RequestGenerator, so that it It parses
request parameters which names begin with "html:" (very much like it already
parses request parameters which names begin with "xml:" see:
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xml-cocoon-dev&m=105174146229060&w=2 )
but with JTidy.

I'm however unsure where to put this RequestGenerator, since it has a depenency
on JTidy. Maybe it should be renamed and go in the HTML block besides the
HTMLGenerator. But it doesn't really make sense to have 2 RequestGenerators.
