+1 for changing the namespace URIs to make them consistent.

Perhaps we don't need a real vote, but if someone wants to introduce a
new namespace he should first ask if it's ok to use it. 
Going this way (or a vote) we will avoid (hopefully) to get
inconsistent namings.
