    In the last week I've started getting ready for the upcoming 2.1 
release and noticed this problem.  I keep my stuff in cvs and I have 
notes to the effect of 'got 2.1 working' on commits of 4 weeks ago and 
no sign of the problem.  At that point I remember having a separate 
xsltc.jar.
