What you supply to the reader in the src attribute should be an URL. Spaces are
not allowed in an URL, they should be encoded as %20. As far as I'm concerned,
that makes this bug invalid.

There's still an issue though, since I guess many people are struggling with
this. Shouldn't Cocoon have something (an action or so) that performs this encoding?

Another issue is that Cocoon does not decode encoded file URLs, so %20s in file
URLs are not replaced by spaces when it goes looking for the file. This learns
people the bad habbit of not encoding the spaces in those cases.
