current CVS contains a more complete xpointer implementation. It correctly
parses the xpointer framework syntax. It supports the xmlns() scheme and the
xpointer() scheme with the limitation that only xpath expressions are supported.
The element() scheme is not supported yet.

The problem with /html/body versus /html/body/* has also been fixed.
